complete program to make sure that the expatriate and

Pre-Move Orientation
- Pre-move questionnaires (orientation & home search) are
sent to our clients to form an individualized assessment of
their relocation needs.
- Detailed destination introductory materials as well as
property information are sent to our clients before their
arrival.
- JRE Corporate website is designed for our clients to
provide general updated information of the destination
before their arrival.
- Preparing personalized Orientation & Home Search Proposals
to our clients before their arrival.
Look-and-See Visit
- A Welcome Bag will be given to our client on their arrival
date. The Welcome bag includes:

- Tours of locations relevant to expatriates, including

Familiarization
- Our familiarization tour includes, but is not limited to:
- Instructions on how to use public transportation systems:
taxis, subway, buses
- Currency information: exchange rates, familiarization with
local currency
- Bank information: which banks to choose, money deposit and
transfer regulations
- Safety information: where to shop and how to get there,
places to avoid, do's and don'ts
- Tipping information, bargaining practices
School Search Program
- Information on potential schools and kindergartens that
meet the child's needs and interests
- Information including school addresses, names of
principals, telephone numbers, and a brief introductory text
about desired international schools
- Coordination of appointments with Principals or
Application officer and accompaniment on school visits and
child’s interview
- Assistance with negotiations on admittance, if required
Settling Down
- We provide the following services to help our clients settle
down in their new environment.
- Visa and residence permit application
- Accompany Health Check-up
- Accompany Shopping for basic essentials such as food,
appliances, clothing and furniture
Opening bank accounts
- Registration with local authorities such as embassies or
